WVOTA CONFERENCE:
When: Saturday, October 5, 2024
Time: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (8:00-8:30 registration; 12:00-1:00 Lunch; 4:30-5:00 PM wrap-up)
Where: West Virginia University, Health Sciences Campus, Morgantown, WV
Where to Park: Parking is free in Area 81 at the base of Health Sciences (directly off of Van Voorhis Rd.). This parking lot is located
adjacent to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital and the Morgantown Fire/Police Department on Van Voorhis Rd., and across
the street from Starbucks Coffee. If coming from Patteson Drive, it will be on your right. You may also park in Area 86, which is the
Mountaineer Station Garage. To access the garage, follow the same directions to Area 81 except for going further up the road and
taking a slight right at the bus stop closer to the building. Area 86 (Garage) is paid by the hour, however, if you take the garage to the
top level, you can access the walkway that leads you directly to the Health Sciences North main entrance. Please see the map below
